Returns Policy

At Bennett & Lane, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you wish to return a product, please review the information below carefully, as it explains our returns and cancellations policy in detail.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of being placed.
After this 24-hour window, orders are automatically sent to our processing system to ensure fast handling and delivery. Once processing has begun, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Conditions for Returns

  • Return requests can only be made after you have received the item.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping and any applicable customs fees.

  • Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached.

  • Items may be tried on for fit, but must not be worn.

  • Ordering multiple sizes or items with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.

Returns Process

  • You must notify us of your return request by emailing info@bennettlaneny.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • After approval, you will receive the return address for our supplier, which may be located internationally.

  • Returned items must be shipped back at the customer’s expense, including all shipping and customs charges.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and confirmed to meet the return conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.

Responsibility

Bennett & Lane is not responsible for packages marked as delivered according to tracking information.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct.
Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
